Taught by fashion designer MaryRose McGrath in her Belfast design studio.

INTERMEDIATE DRESSMAKING TECHNIQUES – ALL-DAY COURSE.

Intermediate Dressmaking Techniques is ideal for those who already know how to thread & sew on a machine, and want to advance their garment making skills.

This all- day session covers many of the professional dressmaking skills you need to sew garments and is designed to fill you with both confidence & sewing knowledge.

Students are taught by MaryRose McGrath, who has designed for many high street brands including Oasis, M&S, Debenhams, Arcadia and House of Fraser. She teaches the sewing skills taught at fashion degree level, plus many nifty tricks of the trade straight from the London fashion industry.

You will be taught in her Belfast design studio, surrounded by inspiration galore – mannequins, moodboards, garments in work, sketches, swatches and fabrics. One-to-one tuition is also guaranteed for each student in class, and the course has been specifically designed to fast-track your sewing success in a concentrated period of time.
